The Founder

Sabelo Clement Sithole, affectionately known as Jobe Sithole has a colourful media background which spans close to 20 years. Sithole honed his skills at the national broadcaster, the South African Broadcasting Corporation. (SABC) At the SABC he was with the news division where his career kicked off at SAfm. As a radio news producer he got to interact with newsmakers from all walks of life. Among these were political leaders, artists and sportsmen.

In the SABC News division, Sithole was a producer for veteran news anchors Jeremy Maggs, John Perlman and Ike Phaahla. Yilungelo Lakho and Special Assignment are some of the shows Sithole was a producer of. As a TV news bulletin writer he was responsible for compiling bulletins on the now defunct SABC News International. Sithole had a short stint at the Sunday Times Zulu edition where he was hired as a freelance proofreader. After leaving the SABC in mid 2014, Sithole joined 24 hr news channel African News Network 7 as a shift editor. In 2014, Sithole left mainstream journalism to establish Siyedwa Media, a fully fledged communications agency where he is director.
